Every BigStuffed animal is designed in Paris and handmade in Europe. It is tested to European toy safety standards, with strong seams and safety eyes, and is suitable from birth.

From what age?
From birth. Every BigStuffed animal is tested to European toy safety standards, with strong seams and safety eyes.
How do I wash my stuffed animal?
By hand, or in the machine on a delicate cycle, with a mild detergent and no bleach. Then let it air dry.
When will my order ship?
Within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 2 to 14 days depending on the country.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 45 days of delivery. The return is free if it arrives damaged or if we sent the wrong model. Otherwise, the return shipping is free for France and costs €10 for the rest of the European Union and €18 for the rest of the world.
